Exchanges & Refunds

Returns 

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached. 

No clearance items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit. 

We do not refund orders for change of mind purchase or because you did not read the delivery timeframes stated on the items description and your order did not arrive in time. However we will accept these returns and issue a store credit, all return shipping is at the customers expense and store credit will be less the original shipping costs. 

No PERSONALISED named items can be returned or refunded, this is due to the personalised nature of the item, this includes our personalised birthday range.

To complete your exchange, contact Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique via admin@lullabylane.com.au to notify us you wish to exchange or complete this return form and pop it into your return bag with your items.

If you email us we will email you instructions on how to complete your return and what information to include in the return package. All return postage is done at the customer's expense. All original postage costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you use a traceable postage bag when returning your goods to Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique as we will not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet the returns policy requirements when assessed. 

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we only offer a credit or exchange item for any change of mind orders.

If a fault in your product arises you must inform Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • You must notify Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique via email admin@lulllabylane.com.au
  • A photograph of the item with a description of the damage/fault.
  • Proof of purchase.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a fault and all items should be handled with care.

 

Made-to-Order Returns

The same conditions apply for all of our preorders as stated above. 

For any cancellation of a preorder where a refund may be offered, a cancellation fee will apply. This covers website fee's, PayPal/Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are nonrefundable to us. The cancellation fee is a flat rate of $24.95. Please think carefully before ordering a PREORDER  as these orders do carry the risk of the cancellation fee if you wish to cancel. 

Preorders that have had a name printed on them (custom orders) are not eligible for a refund as these item's have been specifically customised for you.
