Pre-order Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PREORDERS PLACED IN DECEMBER:

We have an approximate dispatch time frame of 2 weeks, therefore, preorders placed in December are unlikely to be delivered in time for Christmas. 

WHAT IS PREORDER?

We utilise our preorder items to ensure that our retail prices are as affordable as possible. This gives us the option to retail a wider range of products and therefore means that your size and style will be available for purchase. 

pre-order is an order placed for a product that has just been released or an item that we order in bulk that hasn't reached our warehouse yet. We may also offer a pre-order item when our partners have a production about to commence.  Our preorder items will state that they are preorder on the product description so please read carefully. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Purchase. Some Preorder items are not handmade. 

When you place your Preorder it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the designer. The Preorder is paid for in advance to ensure that the designer is able to begin working on your order. Please note that time frames provided are only an estimate due to designer schedules. 

To ensure we keep our prices low and collection's current we offer all of our collection's as preorder.

A Preorder placed using Afterpay will not alter our shipping time frames and do not change our preorder turnaround.

PREORDER TIME FRAME:

We give an approximate dispatch time frame of between 2-5 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, designer delays or public holiday periods. We do our very best to dispatch Preorders as soon as practicable and aim for a 3 week dispatch from the date of your preorder purchase.

 We give an approximate processing time of between 3-8 weeks. Please understand, that this is processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number.

* Please note, that we currently carry over 1000 different styles, there may be slight delays in manufacturing or international shipping hold ups for manufactured items to arrive to us. This is not intentional and apologise in advance if there may be a delay in a particular collection or item. 

 

PLEASE NOTE - All pre-order items vary with times, please allow up to 4-5 weeks before contacting us for an update. Please understand, this delivery timeframe is to our mini-warehouse in Brisbane. Once we perform Quality Control, your items are sent out within 24hrs of completing Quality Control. 

Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are. Please see Australia Post online for estimated delivery times.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY?

All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon shipping your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking information to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Your item's are then sent within 24 hours (not including weekends) to be processed by Australia Post. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order. If it's been less than 4 weeks and your yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left us.

Please note: We do not send update emails regarding preorders. We send two emails which are the Order Confirmation email and a second email advising that your order has been dispatched with your tracking number. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If there is a product in your order that does not arrive due to supplier errors, we will contact you via email to update you. 

 

PREORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of a preorder is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange.

On the rare occasion we may offer a refund but a cancellation fee will apply.

For all orders under $50 there is a cancellation fee of $15.95

For all orders over $50 and under $100 there is a cancellation fee of $25.95

For all orders over $100 and under $200 there is a cancellation fee of $35.95

For all orders over $200 there is a cancellation fee of $49.95

This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non-refundable to us.

Any order cancellation placed with Afterpay will incur a 6% fee.

Upon ordering from our Preorders, you are committing to purchasing from Lullaby Lane Baby Boutique, under the above guidelines and your agreement to the above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale once you have placed your order.

You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for such timeframes.

 

Preorder's Express Shipping Option

Our Express Shipping postage option is perfect for IN-STOCK Item's. Please note you may still select Express Shipping as your preferred shipping option for Preorder Item's however this does not effect our 5week max turnaround timeframe for preorder purchases. 5 weeks maximum will still apply if you select this option for your preorder shipping. Rest assured that your item's will still be sent via Express shipping as soon as your complete order is in our store and ready for shipment. 

 

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS. 

If you change your mind within 7 days of placing a pre-order, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount less shipping.

Any pre-orders that do not arrive within the above timeframes will be entitled to a store credit for the total price of the order including shipping.
