Birthday Outfits & Party Decorations
All of our $49.95 birthday outfits including: Half Birthday, First Birthday, Second Birthday, Boys Birthday and Crowns are always INSTOCK items. This is to ensure that you are able to have your birthday item in time for your little ones birthday or event. We dispatch these items same day or next business day and also offer complementary split postage if you are to order a made-to-order item as well as a instock birthday item, you don’t need to do anything we do this automatically for you, you will receive two seperate tracking numbers and dispatch emails as a result.
Our Couture and Design Birthday ranges have a 10-15 business day made-to-order timeframe attached as we make these one at a time with love in our Brisbane warehouse.
Processing Times
For in stock items our current processing time is 24 hours from date and time of purchase, this is to allow our customers the opportunity for change of mind, change of address & change of outfit options. Our current processing time for made to order items is 3 weeks from date of purchase. If you have purchased both in stock and made-to-order items they will be sent out together.
If you would like to have your in-stock items sent out separately to your made-to-order items please contact us at admin@lullabylane.com.au to arrange for your in stock items to be sent out prior to your made-to-order arriving an additional postage fee is applicable and only after this payment is made we will ship your in-stock items to you.
Processing time does not include postage time - there is an additional time frame of 5 business days for Regular Post & 2 business days max for Express Post options, once your order has been dispatched. Generally we have your preorder items to you within 3 weeks from date of order, please be patient as the Lullaby Lane Team are trying hard to get your items out to you as soon as possible.
Postage
For postage in Australia, there is a standard FLAT RATE shipping cost of $9.95 for all orders.

Once your items have left our store, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address details, Lullaby Lane will email you if your parcel is returned to us however if redelivery is required an additional $9.95 will be charged to repost your item, please double check your address during checkout to avoid this :)
As per Australia Post Guidelines, you need to wait up to the full 10 business days for your parcel to arrive, prior to emailing us. If you have been issued a tracking number, but no information is showing after 72 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact Australia Post directly and follow their instructions on how to lodge an enquiry.
FREE Shipping
Free shipping for all orders over $120 is sent via regular post and will take up to 15 business days to arrive to you. If you require your order before this timeframe please select the express shipping option at the checkout.
Express Shipping
Our Express Shipping postage option is perfect for IN-STOCK Item's. Please note you may still select Express Shipping as your preferred shipping option for Preorder Item's however this does not effect our 5week max turnaround timeframe for preorder purchases. 5 weeks maximum will still apply if you select this option for your preorder shipping. Rest assured that your item's will still be sent via Express shipping as soon as your complete order is in our store and ready for shipment.

YES WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! We currently offer a flat rate of $24.95.
